Thank you for showing interest in the Upstate FOOLS chapter of FOOLS International. You will find applications in the left column to download and distribute to members of your department or neighboring departments. Our application fee is $30.00, of this $10 goes to register you with FOOLS International and $20 goes to Upstate FOOLS. This money will be used in the future to host training, up front cost of fund raising and any other goals that the members feel would be a worthy cause for us to pursue.
